Thanks for racing me clean all season guys. We all know Milt is still the man on Tuesday nights. However, I am getting closer and it was my goal when this season started to catch up to him and hooch. I remember 28 straight points races until I grabbed my first win. Many DNF's and beat up Jaguars. This season Hooch stepped away after a rocky start and Monster had work to do on Rage nights. I was able to make each event and finish in the top five every time. A few times with missing gears and damage.
Had great on track battles with Monster, Rocker, GP, Iron, and Thirsty late in races for wins and top threes. Chasing down Rocker at Mosport and Thirsty at Silverstone were great. Rocker I caught for 2nd I think and thirsty I did not catch for a win. Holding off Milt at a couple races really gets the blood pressure boiling. But I love it! Bender had a ton of improvement this season. We had so many new faces out there and that was cool to see. Leadfoot and Sutton became regulars. Hang in there fellas. Go as slow as you need to stay on the track. Results will come in time. This is by far my favorite series and has certainly helped me drive with more patience and consistency with any mod or track. (except SS's.)
I thank Milt for all of his help. Shifting and breaking points. I learned that slower in certain spots leads to faster times over all. Keeping it on the track is the first step. Building speed and confidence is next. A special thanks to master artist at Bender's Paint Booth for this Kick ass #96 AMP BMW that ran like a champ for 22 weeks. No T-A paint requests coming form me this off-season. Also Irish's billboards really add to the experience. Thanks Irish!
I will carry the torch for the Milton Nelson Minter Road Rage until I am dethroned, possibly next season. But don't count on it anytime soon! lol. Donkey Bop baby, and never give up" J_Ray
